How do I add a new question?

To add a new question go to app settings and press "Manage Questions" button.

Can I insert pictures in my FAQ?

Yes! To add a picture follow these simple steps:

  1. Enter App Settings
  2. Click the "Manage Questions" button
  3. Click on the question you would like to attach a picture to
  4. When editing your answer, click on the picture icon and then add an image from your library
Can I insert a video in my FAQ?

Yes! Users can add video from YouTube or Vimeo with ease:

  1. Enter App Settings
  2. Click the "Manage Questions" button
  3. Click on the question you would like to attach a video to
  4. When editing your answer, click on the video icon and then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL
  5. That's it! A thumbnail of your video will appear in answer text box
How do I edit or remove the "FAQ title"?

The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.

We send free sample(s) with any purchase. Samples are limited to those we have in stock. If you do not receive a sample with your order, you’ve ordered every product for which a sample is available. We regrettably cannot send samples without an order.


Argan and or prickly pear seed oil are high performance carrier oil easily absorbed into the skin and won’t clog pores. Some other oils, such as mineral oil, should be avoided as it sits on the surface of the skin without penetrating and has no cosmetic value.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Orders placed during gifting promotions where free product was received with a qualifying value purchase are not eligible for return or credit.

What is my product’s shelf life/expiration?

We advise a shelf life of one year from the time you open each new bottle or jar, and we encourage opening within six months of the date your individual treat was made.
